How CNA testing works in Louisiana

- Louisiana uses Prometric for the Certified Nurse Aide Competency Evaluation Program (Clinical Skills Test plus Written or Oral Test) under the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH). - Written test (per Louisiana CIB): typically 60 multiple-choice questions in about 90 minutes. - Clinical Skills Test: you are scored on five skills. While you perform three assigned skills, you are also scored on handwashing and Indirect Care.
