You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

The Platform provides educational materials for medical certification exam preparation. These materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

4. Payments and Refunds

Certain features of the Platform require payment. All payments are processed through third-party providers. We offer one-time purchases for certification tracks. Refund eligibility, where offered, is subject to the terms shown at checkout or in the applicable policy.

MedCertPrep is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any official board, testing agency, or educational institution. Our materials are provided for supplemental exam preparation only and do not guarantee passing any exam.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where MedCertPrep operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
