1. Educational Purposes Only

MedCertPrep is an independent educational platform. The materials, practice questions, mock exams, flashcards, study guides, skills checklists, progress reports, and AI-powered explanations provided on this Platform are for supplemental exam preparation and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for state-approved training programs, employer orientation, clinical instruction, or official exam candidate handbooks.

2. No Affiliation

MedCertPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any official board, testing agency, registry, or educational institution. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

Specifically, PTCB®, CCMA®, CNA®, NHA®, NNAAP®, Credentia®, and Pearson VUE® are registered trademarks or trademarks of their respective entities. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

3. Independently Developed Practice Content

Unless expressly stated otherwise, practice questions, mock exams, explanations, and related study materials on MedCertPrep are independently developed for educational practice. They are not official exam items, retired exam questions, or copies of proprietary test content from any testing agency. Content is designed to align with publicly available exam outlines and blueprints, but alignment does not mean identity with any official examination.

4. No Guarantee of Success

While we strive to provide high-quality and blueprint-aligned study materials, MedCertPrep does not guarantee that using our Platform will result in passing any certification exam, skills evaluation, or related assessment. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your preparation, training program quality, test-day conditions, and official scoring policies.

5. Accuracy of Content

We work to keep practice questions, answer keys, explanations, study guides, and related materials accurate and up to date. However, content may contain errors, omissions, ambiguities, or outdated information. Answer keys and explanations reflect our editorial judgment for study purposes and may differ from how an official exam item is written, keyed, or scored.

Certification, registration, eligibility, and training requirements vary by state and may change over time. Always verify current requirements with your official state board, registry, testing vendor, or training program before applying for certification, testing, or employment.

If you believe a question, answer, or explanation is incorrect, please contact us at support@medcertprep.com. We review reported issues and may correct, revise, or remove content at our discretion.

6. Not Medical or Clinical Advice

MedCertPrep content may discuss clinical, nursing assistant, pharmacy, or medical assisting topics for exam-study context only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes medical advice, nursing advice, pharmacy advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or professional clinical guidance. Do not rely on Platform content as a substitute for licensed clinician judgment, employer protocols, facility policies, or applicable laws and regulations.

7. Skills and Practical Demonstrations

Materials related to skills tests, checklists, transfers, vital signs, infection control, ADLs, or similar procedures are provided for educational rehearsal only. They do not replace your state-approved training program standards, official skills candidate handbooks, instructor direction, or evaluator requirements. Always follow the skills criteria used by your testing vendor and state registry.

8. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

Some explanations, study recommendations, flashcards, summaries, and other features may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI outputs can be incomplete, imprecise, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content critically and confirming important information against trusted textbooks, training materials, and official sources before relying on it for exam preparation or real-world practice.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, email delivery, and AI processing. We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or data handling practices of third-party providers beyond what is required by applicable law and described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Content Changes

We may update, revise, correct, suspend, or remove any Platform content, feature, or exam track at any time without prior notice, including to fix errors, reflect blueprint changes, or improve quality.

11. Limitation of Liability

The information and services on this Platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedCertPrep and its owners, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, exam fees, retake costs, wages, employment opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or reliance on any content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, MedCertPrep's total aggregate liability related to the Platform or any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Pro or paid feature giving rise to the claim, as further described in our Terms of Service.

Additional contractual terms, including payment, refund, account, and liability provisions, are set out in our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service on contractual matters, the Terms of Service control.
